Compositence provides an innovative technology for the fully automated, scalable and cost-effective serial production of fiber composite components, with a maximum of flexibility in the fiber architecture.

These components feature outstanding material properties combined with a low weight. Compositence has developed a fully automated process for the deposition of fiber tape through a process that reduces cutting and is flexible with regard to the direction of deposition, forms a three-dimensional component directly from the fiber in just one process step that drastically reduces production costs, and monitors the process on line. Compositence markets the process through the sale of installations and through contract manufacturing of components, both of which entail the use of additional services. Compositence possesses the requisite knowhow in the area of component design and the relevant IP rights. Target industries includes automotive, wind energy, industrial, leisure/lifestyle, the aerospace industry, and the suppliers for these industries.

Thanks to ZFHN, Compositence has focused entirely on demonstrating its innovative and development capacity. Today, that is paying off for us.
